IMPORTANT: The Wash Bar provides wash, prep, and removal services to support healthy hair and protective styles. Because we are not the original installers, we are not responsible for any shedding, breakage, matting, or hair loss that may appear during removals or cleansing—especially from buildup or pre-existing damage. By booking, you acknowledge these conditions and agree to professional assessment and care based on the current state of your hair and scalp.
